What to include
Send the page address, disputed statement, proposed correction and supporting source. For a package mismatch, photographs of the front, back, neck, lot code and barcode are especially useful. Remove personal location data before sending.
What happens next
We review the evidence, separate release facts from retailer or specimen facts, correct material errors and preserve a dated change note when the correction affects the editorial conclusion.
