Two outside scorers weighed in: Just Wine Points gave it 97, and Tastings.com named it a Silver Medal, Highly Recommended, Best Buy selection. The label's own toast, quoted on the sheet, reads 'Tu vis et je ne meurs jamais,' which the producer translates as 'You live and I never die,' credited to the founder's grandfather.

Our call: worth it if a documented blend and independent recognition are enough without a shopper track record behind it; Bordeaux Families and the importer state the exact blend and traditional method, and two outside scorers both scored it well. Pass if you need the producing winery's own story confirmed beyond a name; our record has Bordeaux Families as the winery but no estate history or account of its own to back it, and no shopper rating has reached our record either.
