For this Brut bottling, the producer's page describes it as a medium-dry, "Prosecco-style" sparkling wine, with "ripe aromas and flavors of apple, pear, and citrus balanced by toasty yeast and floral nuances," the producer's own words. The producer's own pages do not agree on the alcohol figure: one version states none at all, a second lists 10 percent, so we hold that number as unconfirmed rather than fact.
