What we make of this bottle
The number that jumps out first is the price. In our September 2026 checks it sold between $4.88 and $5.99, which makes it about the cheapest white we track.
The shoppers who rated it were not charmed. Just 3 of them weighed in and settled on 2 out of five, about as low as any score in our catalog.
Moscato is not one grape but a family of aromatic whites, Moscato Bianco among them, and grocery versions can be still, lightly fizzy or fully sparkling. So the one thing to sort out in the aisle is which of those you are buying: the label has to say whether it is sweet and whether it bubbles, because the name alone will not. As for how it should smell, the Asti consortium points to flowers, peach and apricot in Moscato Bianco.
