Winemaking notes describe a cool fermentation between 55 and 62 degrees Fahrenheit using an aromatic yeast chosen to boost the fruit's character, followed by aging in stainless steel tanks. The bottle also carries a critic mark: Wine Enthusiast named the 2023 Sauvignon Blanc a Best Buy at 90 points in December 2024, a score the producer repeats on its own awards page.
