What we make of this bottle
Two Ogio wines appear in the Corks + Cheers portfolio: a Pinot Grigio and this sparkling rose. The same listing puts a winemaker's name to the brand, Mike Collier, so the bottle comes with a person attached rather than a logo alone.
The confirmed origin is Italy as a country, and that covers a lot of ground for wine. Italian vineyards run from Alpine slopes down to islands in the Mediterranean, and no single account of climate stretches over all of them. Italy's narrower names, the DOCs and DOCGs kept on an official ministry list, tie a wine to a smaller place with its own rules, and we have not confirmed one of those for this bottle. The grape or grapes behind the pink are unconfirmed as well.
