This is a sparkling wine, and the name Simple Truth Italia Prosecco tells you the style and the country it comes from. What it does not tell you is how dry or sweet the wine will taste. Glera is the grape behind Prosecco, and the Prosecco consortium describes the style as floral and fruity, fresh in taste, and straw-yellow in color.
