Sold simply as a California sparkling, this Viv leaves the particulars to the producer. Viv says on its own site that it is based in Ripon, California, and that the wine comes from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown on California's Central Coast, an account from the producer rather than something our own data confirms.
