The name gives the brand and the grape; how this one tastes is left unsaid. Our grape research describes Sauvignon Blanc as a white known for clear aroma and refreshing acidity, usually made dry, though some bottlings turn sweeter or are aged with oak. Official regional guides place citrus, green herbs, gooseberry and tropical fruit across the category, with cooler vineyards leaning green and citrusy and warmer, riper fruit leaning tropical.
