The same page adds producer and vintage detail: the release is farmed under practicing-organic rules, sourced mainly from the Bischofsgarten site in Bad Durkheim and Deidesheim, on loam and sandstone soil, and made mostly in stainless steel tanks, with about a tenth of the blend aged in large barrels for texture. Von Winning itself is a 160-year-old Pfalz estate farming 40 hectares under winemaker Stephan Attmann, who plants at roughly double the region's typical vine density to push the vines' roots deeper and naturally hold yields down. The producer's own pages do not list alcohol content or residual sugar for this bottling.
