The name reads Coteaux Various En Provence, but Provence is not one place with one recipe. It is a broad wine region in the southeast of France, and it holds several separate protected appellations, among them Côtes de Provence, Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence and Coteaux Varois en Provence.
